Please Note, the following should be
scheduled during regular office hours: 

 

  • New patients

  • ADHD consults/refills

  • well-child check-ups

  • sports physicals

  • vaccine appointments  

 

First to CALL, first to be SCHEDULED

 
  1. CALL #740-522-5437 (phones open at 7am).
  2. Provide patient’s name and symptoms.
  3. You will be scheduled a time to come in that morning for sick clinic
  4. If all sick clinic appointments have been filled, you will be scheduled during regular office hours.
